REFUND POLICY

HF Group strives to meet or exceed your requirements. If we have not been able to meet your requirements, you may request a refund by contacting Customer Service at tod@hfgroup.com or via phone: 800.334.3628.

Before a refund can be processed, you may be required to return your order for quality control purposes. HF Group will pay for return shipping costs.

Please include your contact information including full name and telephone number as well as your order number and a brief description of the nature of your refund request.

Because our products are customized to your requirements, all refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

  CANCELLATION POLICY


HF Group strives to provide top-quality services and support. If you must cancel your order before it has been printed or bound please contact us as soon as possible at tod@hfgroup.com or via phone: 800.334.3628.

All cancellations will result in a $25.00 cancellation fee. If a cancelled order has already been printed or bound the customer will be responsible for those charges as well. Most orders are printed within hours of placing your order so it is very important that you contact us as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary charges.
